Since you can't just go to a store and get your problems fixed, any problems you have with your toothbrush need to be handled online.Įarlier this year I was having a problem with my Quip. With any type of product you order online, especially electronics, customer service is really important. I absolutely love this feature because it assures me that I'm brushing every part of my mouth long enough, and I don't have to use the stopwatch on my phone to do it. After four 30 second periods, it vibrates a few times and turns off. The Quip toothbrush pauses every 30 seconds to remind you to switch quadrants of your mouth. Without using a timer, it's pretty difficult to gauge if you're brushing long enough, or even for too long. ![]() The American Dental Association recommends brushing your teeth for two minutes per session. One of the biggest benefits of the Quip, is the built-in timer. Quip vibrates enough to feel it working, but not to the point that you can't control it. Have you ever taken your electric toothbrush out your mouth while it was still one, and had toothpaste flying off the bristles and all over the place? I sure have, and I'm glad to say that's not a problem with Quip. ![]() A LOT quieter than my previous electric toothbrush. The very first thing I noticed about the Quip is that it's quiet.
